Here are some tips to manage stress or control your stress.
Stress is a physiological and psychological response to situations the body and mind find to be overwhelming.
It is okay for every human to have some stress in their life, but too much stress without control could have a very negative impact on your health.
However, it is important for every person stressing out to know how to control their stress. Here are a few tips to control stress.
1. Managing social media time: spending time on social media isn't a bad thing to do, but spending too much time on social media without controlling the use of it makes you so addictive, which definitely causes stress. To control this, mange the time you spend on social media and have time and connect with people in real life. You can feel the community, communicate with family and friends and more, this could help to reduce stress.
2. Physical exercise and Good nutrition: Stress can cause damage to your health, to avoid that, you need to be healthy. To stay healthy, you need to exercise and as well take in diet to keep you strong. Stress can deplete some nutrients in the body, and mostly could lead to “ Brain Retardation”. Eat food which are rich in protein, vitamins and other essential food. Having a good nutrition can make the body stay healthy and reduce stress.
3. Communicate with the environment: Some of the easiest way to reduce stress is to have time to communicate with your environment. To communicate with your environment, you can walk to the beach side, see some sea waves or find a little bushy area and listen to the birds and enjoying fresh air. and also, you can play with your pet( dog, cat,birds, etc) . All these is a fast way to reduce stress.
4. Listen to music: As it says, “Music is Life", listening to music can also reduce a person's stress by 95%. Playing a good music which connects you to soul and makes you feel relaxed is a fast way to manage and control stress.
I would wish to suggest a song, but you may be not like my song, because we definitely might have a different taste.
5. Have enough time to sleep: Lastly, have time to relax and cool up the body. The human system is most likely to be compared to a car, the more it works , the more it becomes hot and there it needs to relax to cool off a bit. Having enough sleep can reduce stress.
In addition, don't forget to shower before sleeping. SHOWER BEFORE SLEEP!!
